H1B:Premium Processing

Hi there! I got a RFE for my H1B application this year. I am employed full time and have no layers or various client-employee relationship.

My OPT extension expires in 2019. I am interested to go for premium processing. Some of my concerns are:

1) Will me or my employer be scrutinized for using the premium processing in any way?

2) Will my case be sent to a different/new officer at the uscis and which might lead to chances of more review and request for documents?

3) Typically how long do you think the review of the documents submitted to RFE takes, like 60 days or is there a set time frame?

Thank you for your time and help in advance.

1) No. You are paying more to get a fast response. Nothing to scrutinize in that.

2) Maybe but it should not change anything.

3) Its supposed to be responded in 15 working days. Most premium processing petitions I know last year got their response within 20 days. But you can't guarantee anything since USCIS is swamped with petitions.
