H1 to H4 COS and H4 EAD - H1B Revoked

Hi 

I have applied H1 to H4 COS and H4 EAD for my wife. She resigned and stopped working now. Suppose if her employer revokes her H1B, will she be on out of status?

Since her COS is pending she is safe.

The employer is required by law to inform USCIS that she no longer works there. There is no "suppose."

The pending COS to H4 keeps her legal.
