My location : Virginia

My employer location: Virginia

My priority date will be current on 10/1/2007 and I am self filing for Adjustment of status.

My employer will be providing Employment letter for a future employement post approval of greencard.

However I am not sure what USCIS service center should the letter be addressed to?

I would appreciate if someone could share that information.

I did not understand your question. If you were referring to: If I applied for I-485 before? This will be the first time I will be applying I-485. I am self filing and need to know what USCIS center should the employment letter from my future employer be addressed to?

Get a lawyer if you don't have one. The lawyer would know these things.

Hi Gurus,

My Lawyer filed 485 without Employmnet verification letter. My employer is willing to provide the letter but the lawyer said it's not required as I am with the same employer (current employer - one who filed my GC process) for 6 years. I submitted recent W2's and Pay stubs. Please advise, is it mandatory to submit Employment Verification letter???
