H1B visa processing timeline 2017 - Vermont Centre

Hi, any idea how much time it takes to get an update once you're selected in the H1 lottery. My application was selected and since then the status has not changed from what it was in April. It still says that the case was received and we've sent you the receipt number which I received. 

Anyone else in the same boat ? Does this mean it's a rejection ? Also, what is the latest by when USCIS targets to respond to the H1b applications considering people can start working from October if all goes well ? 

The processing date which is the 10th April 2017 also hasn't moved from last month. Any idea what can be expected ?

I'm in the same situation. It's been 130 days my H1b case is still pending.

I am in the same boat. Reach out to USCIS through your employer/attorney and raise a request about your case. My employer reached out to them on September 6th and got an email back saying that my case is on hold and is awaiting security checks. I can only speculate that yours might be in a similar situation. Also urge your employer to upgrade your case to premium processing.

H1 change of employer filed with I140 approved. It has been 3 weeks, cheque cashed but no receipt yet. has any one experienced a similar thing?
