Hema Reddy
Hi, This is Swapna. I am in my 6th year H1-B and my I-140 as "Business Analyst" (in EB3) got approved recently. Now, my employer is going to file my H1-B extension based on approved I-140. However, I am currently working as an automation architect and my H1-B responsibilities in client letter does not match my PERM title "Business Analyst". Also, my H1-B LCA is filed as "Developer - Applications". Can this make any problem to my extension? Any suggestion/help is highly appreciated. Thank you, Swapna Link to comment
pontevecchio
Based on the approved I-140, you are eligible for H1 extensions for any job you are qualified for. Link to comment
