srm am Posted September 17, 2017 Report Share Posted September 17, 2017 Hello, I am on L1B visa as of today and my H1B got selected in lottery. H1 petition was in RFE status and submitted docs by Aug 15th. Meanwhile L1B visa expiring on September, i applied for L1B extension in Premium processing and that too in RFE. Due to family emergency I have to travel. Can you please let me know how long it will take to get H1B approved? and can I travel with this status. My employer suggesting, once approved I can travel.
