preetul Posted September 13, 2017 Report Share Posted September 13, 2017 hi, I am applying for GC for me and my family under EB1C. one of my kid will be 13 yrs and 7 month old as of oct 1, 2017. question do i need to apply for biometric ( as per policy kid should be 14 and above). when my case is picked she will be 14 yrs. to avoid RFE, what will be best approach Link to comment
