lithin Posted September 13, 2017 Report Share Posted September 13, 2017 Hi, I had approved I 140 with Employer A, where i worked for this employer only until the PERM approval and later moved to Employer B. I've following questions on Priority date porting 1) Can i port the priority date from Employer A to Employer B, even after Employer A withdraw the I 140 from USCIS ? ( I heard that, Employee needs to work for at least 6 months after I 140 approval, where i didn't satisfy this condition.) 2) Can i apply for H4 EAD for my spouse with approved I 140 copy from Employer A, even after withdrawal of I 140 from USCIS ?
