Quota for Green Card

Hi All,

I have following question on Green Card

I would like to know the quota details for Green card EB2 - India?

Which month does the quota get release in year?

I have my 140 cleared and if I change the company do we need to re-file for Green card?

No need to follow the above link monthly. Just follow it once in every year for the next 10 yrs around OCT-JAN timeframe.

I can guess your pd is 2015-2017. You can expect your gc around 2025-2027 positively. If some republican is selected as president again then you can expect 5 more extra years of delay.

-> Yes (but you can retain your gc date). AC21 and other stuff is there but in this era uscis would try max to stop your gc case. So you need to re-do your gc again, PERIOD.
