g_balaji
Hello All, I need to travel to Mexico for 5 days for work related reasons. I have a valid I797 from Employer C till July 2020. However my expired H1B visa was from EMPLOYER A (I changed from A to B and then to C, and working with Employer C since 2014). Can I still use Automatic Revalidation to re-enter USA with the valid I797? Link to comment
pontevecchio
If you have a valid I94, you can use that to return. Are you sure you do not need a visa for Mexico if you are going to work for 5 days? Link to comment
rksingh
Yes you can. All you need is a valid I94 which you have. Link to comment

Gargi
Hi, I am in the Same boat. I had visa through Employer A which is expired on May 2013. I have valid I-979 till Dec 2019 through my New Employer C(in between I changed my job twice). If I visit Canada,do I need stamped US visa to re-enter in USA? Link to comment
