newuser_12 Posted September 5, 2017 Report Share Posted September 5, 2017 Hi, I am working on L1 in USA and it is going to expire on Sep 30. My company has applied for L1 extension recently. I have also approved H1B from different employer effective from Oct 1st with change of status. So if my L1 extension is going to be approved, what is going to happen with approved H1B? Also, how long can I work on L1 status with my current employer? Link to comment
