skg187 Posted September 1, 2017 Report Share Posted September 1, 2017 Hi Team, My visa (I-797) expiring on 09/08. Extension is filed by my current company (A) on 07/25. Now, my project got over on 09/01. I am getting another project with company B. What are the complications with H1 Transfer with other company (B) when extension is in process with A? Would it be a bridge application? (I understand it is a yes) Would it be any different if H1 transfer is applied before 09/08 and after? I understand, if first one is not approved (which is highly likely), I would need to go out and come back with new Visa stamped. My VISA stamping is valid till next year with company A. Do I still need to go out and come back with company B Visa stamped? Do my family (H4) also need to go out and come back? Really appreciate your answers. Regards, SKG Link to comment
