My DS-2019 was issued by Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a private university in the US and there was no government funding. I am unsure how to answer the question #1 on the affidavit as follows: Qs1. I came to USA under as an exchange programme student for the period of - to - .The Exchange programme was sponsored by the Government of /Agencies of the Government of -----------------------and financed by the Government of / Agencies of the Government of........... Should this be NA because there was no government funding involved? Or should I write the name of the privately owned university? Please advise. I will really appreciate any help.
