kumar texas
Hi Everyone, Im Currently working in Employer -Vendor - Client model and trying to attend for US visa interview in Tijuana, Mexico. This is not change of status visa interview. I have already got H1B visa in the past but it expired recently. There are many number of posts online regarding "third nationals has to attend US Visa interview in home country". Is this true? Can I attend in Mexico? I have seen few posts recently who attended but they are all Full Time Employees. I would like to know if someone attended or any of your mutual friends attended stamping in Tijuana, Mexico who works as consultant pls? Link to comment
