Applying premium processing from India

Hi, My name is Dr. Yashwanth and my H1B was filed by Oak ridge national laboratory (ORNL) last week. ORNL comes under a non-profit research or governmental research organization. So, I am eligible for premium processing. ORNL doesn't encourage premium processing, however, I was told that I can apply from my side. I have some queries while filling I-907 form.

1. My H1B was filed when I was in UK. I finished my PhD and now that I am in India at the moment and I mentioned my mailing address to be the Indian one, will that create any problem?

2. USCIS mentioned to send them a cheque/money order of 1225$. Can I send them a bankers cheque or demand draft?

Any help in answering my questions will be much appreciated. Thanks!
