L1B to L1A transfer EAD renewal

I am currently working with company AA on L1B visa and company BB has applied for H1 COS and my case is been picked in lottery but my petition is not approved yet meanwhile my company AA is offering me to transfer from L1B to L1A

1. In this scenario if my visa gets transferred from L1B to L1A will H1 COS stop automatically? or I will I need to go out of USA and come back on new L1A visa to stop H1 COS.

2. My wife is also working on L1B EAD if my visa changes from L1B to L1A will she need to apply for new EAD/renewal or she can work on old EAD?
