croutray
1) I need an advice on h1b extension after 6 years if labor is pending not more than 365 days(labor applied on Nov 07,2016). Employer is giving the opinion that on the basis of pending labor he can apply for 1 year extension. 2) I want to make sure that i have consumed 6 years of H1B. My doubt is on the presumption that i had to relocate to my home consulate for consular verification and stamping as my old H1B was declared cancelled on which i was admitted . Therefore i wanted to verify H1B period of stay will be calculated from the day i was admitted on new H1B after stamping from the home consulate or the total period i had stayed in old H1B and new H1B after consular verification and stamping. pontevecchio
1. Not true. If he wants to file do not give him money. 2. A confusing para. How many actual months have you been in H1 status in the USA. Link to comment
