pappul Posted August 23, 2017 Report Share Posted August 23, 2017 I am a USC had filed I-130 for my brother who was on H1 and his newly wedded wife who was on H4 in 2015. There was a breakdown in marriage in 3 months after we found out certain things. Currently they are both in India, and she has filed false Domestic Violence cases against entire family as my brother won't pay her the exorbitant sum she is asking from him. Is there a way to remove her name from the I-130 petition without divorce being finalized yet, while still keeping petition active for my sibling only. Link to comment
