I am on H1-B ... Last month - end of July  , I applied thru my lawyer for H4 COS effective August 1st  and EAD based on my spouse's recently approved I-140 ... Got notice today ( Aug 21st) saying H4 COS approved effective August 1st and EAD valid from Aug 16 ... Have been working all these days ... Am I in trouble for working between Aug 1 and Aug 16 th? - technically I am on H4 effective Aug 1, but got to know only today ...  Is there something I should do? ... My case status for COS in USCIS website still has not been updated ... Please help me  :-(
