I have now joined company B and the H1B Transfer is completed with the new H1 being valid till nov 2019. I am going back to India for a visit in Nov 2017. Should I get a fresh stamping with Company B in Nov 2017 or should I wait till June 2018 when my current stamping runs out and then get a fresh stamping? Any help will be greatly appreciated. rohit369 Posted August 21, 2017 Report Share Posted August 21, 2017 You DONOT need a new visa stamp. You can travel on the previous visa. You are eligible to seek a new visa stamp starting January 2018 based on the company B petition. Link to comment
