I recently got DWI (Class B Misdemeanor) in Irving, TX. I'm currently on H1B and in the middle of changing employer. I have the below questions:

1. Will my H1B transfer process get affected?

2. Any chances of deportation?

3. Will my current status be affected?

you may get RFE, 

Unless convicted under CIMT , no deportation. did u get any email from consulate

No, I did not get any email from consulate. 

My attorney says there is no chance of reducing this to reckless driving. 

My question - what will be consequences if plead guilty?

it will be on ur immigration record until u become us citizen 

will be on history until u get it expunge 

rest is all manageable
