The H1B visa stamped on Dec'2006. Will there be any issue in getting stamped in India? I have all the documents. The LCA for the recent client is filed late after an year. Will it be an issue? Last entry in US is May 2008. Now I have to go to india and it is an emergency. Please reply. Link to comment

I have also paid the visa fee with the confirmation page (application number generated). I did not complete the Education details, so I have retireived the existing DS160 application but new application id generated. I have completed the education details and resubmitted with the new generated DS 160 application id. while getting an appointment Do I have to give the new DS160 application id and schedule the appointment. Do I have carry both the confirmation pages for the interview. Please reply. Link to comment
