H1B Extension after I140 approval where H1B was already used for full 6 years and now in India

Could some one please help me on the below query:

I have stayed in US on  H1B for full 6 years and GC was filed during last few months of 6 year stay. And i moved to India after completion of 6 years stay in US. now question is my I140 approved, so do i have to wait to complete 1 year out of US stay to file H1B extension or can file H1B extension irrespective of when you moved out of US. Please clarify.

No need to wait 1 yr. You are cap exempted and employer can file h1b extension asap based on approved I 140.
