Employment base interview

Hi Everyone,

I've recently received my Employment based Green Card and after couple of months have received the list of items that I have to carry for dependent interview. couple of points confuses me:

- I have to provide I-864 affidavit. Question on I-864: Is this something I've to fill in and get it ready?

- It has ask for the employment verification letter with pay and time of employment: is this for dependent or it should be my employment verification.
