is it mandatory for Employer to REDO everify after getting  green card from h1b ?do we redo the I9 after we obtain green card ? is it a law ?

Once you have a Green Card you inform HR who will have you change the I9 to reflect the Gc as the source of work authorization.

And btw, even US citizens have to verify employment authorization with form I-9.

ok so is it just filing I9 or they have to  go to everify portal and do rehire there ?

Their problem. Their business. You just show them the GC.
