saru123 Posted August 11, 2017 Report Share Posted August 11, 2017 My attorney has couriered H1B extension and transfer documents a day before I94 expiry(09-Aug-17) but the documents reached USCIS only a day after I94 expiry (11-Aug-17). Extension was filled based on approved I140.Will there be any legal issues for this scenario Link to comment
