yogi07 Posted August 4, 2017 Report Share Posted August 4, 2017 I have Approved I-40 under EB1b category, I -485 filed in 4/20/17 still pending, EAD/AP card received. Now I want to switch job. What are my options? thinking about applying for Eb1a if that will help, if EB1 a gets approved would I need to file a new I-485 or I can interfile first pending I-485? Link to comment
