caritesh Posted August 1, 2017 Report Share Posted August 1, 2017 Hi, Our H1B/H4 renewal was approved effective from Sep 2017 to Oct 2020. We intend to apply for H4 EAD with newly approved notices, but was unsure if it will be denied. Do we need to provide the newly approved i797 which is effective from Sep 2017 or the current i797 which expires in Oct 2017? Link to comment
