RFE 485-J form. Employer don't want to fill

Hi,

I received RFE to submit supplement 485-J form. My priority date is July 2006 and I have been working with this employer since 2013 under job portability. My employer don't not want to fill the financial information on the form. they are ok to fill all other info except Gross annual income and net annual income. What are my options ?? they says they never disclose this info. Attorney or anyone with this situation please help with your input.

Since this is a matter of extreme importance to you, Please call the firm of Murthy or any of your choice to discuss solutions. Hopefully this is a regular company?

If your employer does not want to fill in Gross/Net then it is their problem if questioned. Your employers income profit has nothing to do with your employment status. I would say go ahead and take the rest of Supplemental Form-J signed by them and submit. I am no lawyer-Pontevecchio recommends taking help from Murthy attorney.
