H4 COS with EAD Filing

Hi,

I'm on H1B and have my I-140 approved. My wife is on her H1B and working on a fulltime role.

I've few question on her COS.

1. Can I apply my wife's H4 COS and EAD concurrently and how long does it take now?

2. If we give a future effective date for H4 and EAD, can she continue her job without a break?

3. Will my job change affect her H4 application and EAD?
