smachina Posted July 25, 2017 Report Share Posted July 25, 2017 Hello, I am currently working on H4-EAD which expires in October. My husband is filing for his H1B extension this month. We are planning to apply for my H4 and H4 EAD extension together. After reading the other posts, I have understood that my H4- EAD will be processed only after my H4 gets approved. Can I continue working after October if I have the receipt number for my H4- EAD as it is just a renewal or will I have to wait till I get an extension card? Link to comment
