Job change after H1 got picked

Hello,

My H1 application got picked this time and i am on CPT. My employer filed my LCA and H1 from Washington DC location and unfortunately that job ended around June and i started another project with the same employer in Seattle, WA. My employer says that the LCA is not valid so the H1 filing won't be valid and i just got a RFE though i haven't seen it yet since the RFE was sent yesterday. What are my options here since my employer says the H1 application will get rejected, anyone who has been in similar situation or any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
