Current wage lower than Prevailing wage

Hello,
I have a question about laws for Prevailing Wage. I am an Indian citizen, currently on H1. My company is filing for my green card. PWD and recruitment process is already completed and we will be submitting the ETA 9089 (PERM application) in next few days. The position that we are going for is Sr. Business Analyst, and that is also my current designation. My current wage is lower than my Prevailing wage. 
My question is, should the company at least pay me Prevailing wage amount since I am already on that position? If not, won't it be a problem while filing for green card in future? Your reply is much appreciated. Thanks!
