warun
I applied my first H1b on November 17 2011, I did my masters from a profitable university. I got to know that USCIS rejecting the H1b's who applied in masters quota from a profitable univ's. My employer saying that he applied my H1b in Regular CAP, he also sent me original petition when he applied 2011, I was looking at my entire petition not sure where to check to determine if my petition was filed under Regular quota or Masters Quota. Can some one please help me on where to check which part and which section to see it filed in Regular CAP or Masters CAP. Link to comment
satya2k1
It is already 6 years now, why are you worrying if they filed in master's or regular. I dont think, you can find out from your petition/application. All applications requires educational background and majority of H1 beneficiaries have Master's degree. Link to comment
