H1B Extension - Processing for Receipt at Vermont Center

Can someone tell me how long does it take to get receipt notice when filed at Vermont  for H1B extension? Mine was filed on April 10 and I am still waiting for receipt.

April 10 ! OMG ! That's very late. My application was filed on 07/03 and still waiting for receipt.
