Yogesh_27 Posted July 17, 2017 Report Share Posted July 17, 2017 Even though we had new passport for our son (valid till 2021), while coming back to US in June 2017, the I-94 which he received contains old passport number in it (which was expired in 2016). It may be because old passport had visa stamped in it. Now we are filing for H1 and H4 extension for me and my dependents. We need mention latest I-94 and passport number for my son in I-539 form. So which passport number (old or new) should I mention in I-539 form for my son? Link to comment
