I-140 Approved / EB-3 / Job change

Hi,

I have a approved I-140 in EB3 with Employer A.

I had already extended my H1 for 3 years using I-140 once and the H1 extension valid till May 2012.

I am in my 7th year in H1.

I am thinking about switching jobs to a employer who can process my GC in EB2.

I have below questions.Could you please help?

1.Can the new employer apply my extension for 3 years OR it could only till May 2012 ?

2.What happens if the GC process has not completed the Labor / I -140 approval by May 2012 / H1 expiry date in below cases 1.Employer A revoked by I-140 2.Employer A has not revoked by I-140?

Also please provide your inputs on the risks of switching jobs at this stage.
