I have been on H1b for long time now. I was given 221g blue form and advised that it will take 2-3 weeks for administrative processing. My passport and I-797 was retained. Trying to see if anyone out there with same situation in Munich, Germany. Link to comment

I did hear one case which took 2 weeks processing time (on same forum) Link to comment
