redrobinidiot
Hello, Did you get answers to your questions? i have same question. Currently on h1b with 140 approved with employer A. Changed to employer B and got 1 year extension. now I have 7 months left and to get visa extension again, does employer B(my current) has to file perm again? or can he use the I-140 that I have from company A. Please advice Rob Link to comment
pontevecchio
With an approved I-140 or an I-140 approved more than 6 months ago, you can get H1 extensions beyond the initial 6 years in total. Link to comment

It it possible to get multiple extensions based on a withdrawn petition from previous employer( withdrawn after 180 days of approval)? Link to comment
