Krish_1981 Posted May 22, 2017 Report Share Posted May 22, 2017 Hi, I had got my H1-B in 2007 and below are my in and out dates In Date Out Date 27-Feb-10 10-Sep-10 20-Feb-11 24-May-11 16-Jul-11 30-Dec-11 14-Jan-13 15-May-15 My VISA had expired on Feb 2016, my employer filed through OOC and I got the new validity date till Jul-2019. Is that all that I can use in this VISA? Can I apply for renewal once I am in US and when it is close to expiry? Link to comment

You are allowed 6 years to work on H1B and you need approved I140 to extend beyond 6 years. Do your math now.. Link to comment
