TN visa denied

Dear,

 

My wife is a Canadian citizen currently residing in Delaware on H4 visa.

She has a job offer for help desk support position with a IT employer in Delaware.

She tried to get TN visa from Peace Bridge, Buffalo,NY today.

 

After a 3hr wait, officer told her that Officer who usually processes TN visa is not available today. But he still looked at the documentation and denied the visa saying

1) It's a minimum wage job(8.5 per hour)

2)The job title is inaccurate ,We have mentioned 032.262-010 USER SUPPORT ANALYST as the job title.

 

I would like to understand if there is any issue with the documentation and correct it.

 

She has to join next week. I wanted to explore other options.

 

I have a approved I-140, If I file H4 EAD for her, can she start working once she received the receipt number and how long would that take.
