rrjones
I'm an American citizen living in Brazil. I have been here for nine months, and am currently unemployed. I have a consistent history of employment in the United States prior to coming to Brazil @ approximately 30,000/yr, and have work available immediately upon my return to the United States. I have a native Brazilian fiancée who is four months pregnant. I am seperated from a previous marriage in Virginia. The divorce will finalize in July, 2017. I am looking for assistance in finding a Visa situation for my fiancée that will entail the least amount of seperation possible. I am open to marriage in either locale, and am hoping to file the visa application from Brazil (if marriage in the US is not possible without a lengthy seperation) and await approval here with my fiancé. pontevecchio
You have a complex situation. You should consult the firm of Murthy or any of your choice about the best options available to both of you. Link to comment
