non-receipt of Premium H1B extension after 30 days of filing date(03/28)

My employer filed my extension on 03/28/2017 in premium processing, as per fedex tracking number my petition was received at NSC on 03/29/2017. I haven't received receipt and employer is saying that checks not cashed yet. 

My employer reached a L2 officer at USCIS and they asked him to send an email to lockbox support. He sent an email to lockbox support and we are waiting to hear back from them. 

Is anybody else here in same situation or faced similar situation? Usually what is the response time of Lockbox support.

My company sent email to USCIS.. but they didn't hear anything from them as of now. Don't what's going on.. I will sent the packet again if I didnt hear from them by this week
