H1B - Work location move within the MSA

I am on H1-B visa. I am employer is a preferred vendor for a large US company. I have been working at a client location A. The client has moved to a different location B which is 11 miles away and within the same Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). My understanding is that H1-B amendment is not required as the move is within the MSA.

Questions:
1. I am planning to visit India in the next 2 months. When I go for stamping, would there be any issue if my LCA doesn't show the current work address?

2. Should I apply for LCA with the updated work address?

3. Is there anything else that I should do to keep the records straight?

Thank you for your time in providing your views.

Your employer's attorney should be able to assist you better.
