smarem
I am on H1-B visa. I am employer is a preferred vendor for a large US company. I have been working at a client location A. The client has moved to a different location B which is 11 miles away and within the same Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). My understanding is that H1-B amendment is not required as the move is within the MSA. Questions: 1. I am planning to visit India in the next 2 months. When I go for stamping, would there be any issue if my LCA doesn't show the current work address? 2. Should I apply for LCA with the updated work address? 3. Is there anything else that I should do to keep the records straight? Thank you for your time in providing your views. Link to comment
pontevecchio
Your understanding is not material. If it is the companies understanding and you should ask then you are fine. Link to comment
