H1b Got Denied-> Appealed

Hi

My petition got denied on 14th feb'17, appealed on 14th March'17. 

There is no updates from USCIS till today, my employer saying that we are waiting for a reply.

Please let me know that how long does it take to get a reply from USCIS?

Is there any time frame for appeal?
