vipsinghal Posted May 2, 2017 Report Share Posted May 2, 2017 Hello Friends, Still no update on my case... my H1B extension application on premium processing was delivered to Nebraska office on 31st March 2017. so far my attorney has not received receipt number…and also check is not cashed ... My H1B Visa extension is based on my approved i140...I will be completing my 6 yrs in July... any idea whether person can stay in USA for 240 days if extension is filed, but extension receipt is not received.
