H1-B Stamping after company merge

Hi Experts,

Recently my company A got merged with Company B (brought by). currently I have stamped visa from company A which is valid till Sept 2018. 

Company B applied for H1-B amendment to change the company name from A to B and it's approved with new I-979A which have same date of validity of Sept 2018.

Here my question is, if me or my family travel out of USA, then do they need to go again for visa stamping, even having the valid visa from Company A?

Please let me know on the same.
