Traveling outside of USA with previous inprocess H1B Amendment

Hi,

My latest H1B Amendment for the current Client A has been approved but my previously filed H1B Amendment for Client B is still in process. I have expired Visa on my passport and have to go for visa stamping if I travel outside of USA.

1) Is it advisable to travel outside of USA in this situation or not?

2) am I going to face any issues at POE if I travel with old H1B Amendment is still in process?

3) is it going to cause any issues for stamping?
