Is H1 stamping required when a change of employer?

HI,

I'm in usa currently.I and my dependants have stamping for till 2018 July 29th with my previous emloyer.

I changed my new company since march 6th 2016 and I have H1B Transfer approved(i-797) with authorization date till March 6th 2018.

I'm planning to india in august to bring my wife and son. My doubt is with the new executive order and visa regulations changed should I or my wife and son have to go to stamping again ??? if so can this be done by drop box??

No new EXECUTIVE ORDERS or visa regulations are in effect. In any case Indians are not affected in his previous orders struck down by courts. Your family does not need a new H4 visa. H4 visa is not employer dependent and never has been. It is based on your valid H1 status with any employer.
