Approved 140, want to transfer to another location , same employer

My EB2 (I-140) approved last year and my H1 extension is also done. I would like to transfer (personal request) to another state  now (same employer). Do we need to file Perm from scratch ?? Will my priority date changes?? Please let me know if you see any issues?

I believe perm needs to be restarted since your PERM is based on location
